This sounds like a great news !!! Does someone have details about the following statement on the following article published in the The Hill magazines... "a separate court case has blocked Trump administration orders to remove about 57,000 Honduran and 9,000 Nepali TPS beneficiaries." https://thehill.com/latino/432068-dhs-extends-immigration-protection-for-four-countries-amid-court-battles

i might be wrong but i think the court has not made the verdict/decision yet, pretty sure we would have heard something if there was. "Blocked" basically means as long as the lawsuit is on going Nepal/Honduran citizens under TPS cannot be removed. Lets hope for a positive outcome like the other 4 countries !!

I spoke to my lawyer and he said the decision on Nepal has been going back and forth between two courts. There hasnt been a final decision yet. He said he is optimistic considering the extension for other countries but until there is a final decision from the court its pending. He also said the opiniom issued wasnt clear so they need more clearification. If anyone has any other update please fill us in .
