Hi friends, I though I will ask this question in Sajha cuz a lot of friends might have done this while traveling back and forth. It will be very helpful if any of u know about short visitor visa for Hong Kong. Let see, coming back in US from Nepal, if I want to get out couple days in Hong Kong (Want to visit friends), how should I do it? Is it tough to get visa? Can I buy two way tickets here (US) and make this kind of arrangement? Any input will help. ThanXXX.

No way.... HK clearly released statement advising Nepalese not to bother applying visa for visiting HK... so try to apply visa in chinese embassy... good luck.

The process fo' HK Visa goes thru Chinese Embassay but they wont let u get in . They accept the application but don issue visa to nepalese nationals anymore.Also, one shuld go thru agent.

Hey I got the visa for hongkong. But had to wait for more than a month. If your passport's expiry date is close, or, your visa to US is going to expire, they might doubt on your application. If you are still studying , or working in US and you still have visa remaining, it wont be a problem. Best of luck!!
