Is it possible to marry a green card holder in usa as well as maintaining student/ visitor visa rather than becoming status less. Need response asap. Thanks

To get green card marrying with just green card holder takes about 5/6 years. so, marry with US Citizen and will take only about 15 moths.

Yes you can. Actually you have to be on your own status (F1 in your case) untill you get your GC.
