Thanks @Kanchababu... I talked with Nepali embassy. They said they will send my old passport and I can travel with it. Problem Solved!!!

Going to nepal you might not face problem, but be sure it is accepted while returning from Nepal. I think there is due date to replace handwritten to MRP..

Why don't you immediately apply MRP in Nepal only . I think paying 10,000 NPR, it will be expediated and u get it in a week or two..
