NOPE it is not possible and especially now even for citizen there is difficult to get loan without a collateral.

there are educational loans from different financial corporations. there are even some loans for international students but i believe you have to have a co signer for that who is a green card holder. check out financial institutions like CITI, wells fargo, bank of america, capital one, chase. i have also been looking for one. email me if you find more about it.
