Tamang Society of Greater Washington is proud to
present a reality based Nepal movie JHANKRI on Sunday, April 19th. This
movie is produced by Amrit Lama (some of you might have met him
during our Lhosar 2009 celebration). Although this movie has not been
screened in Nepal, it has received many acclaim from those who have
watched it in Europe and different parts of USA.
The movie
enlightens the life in Nepal, so it will be very educational for our
children to watch and learn about their mother country.
Hope
all of you can make it to the show. This will also give us the
opportunity to show our appreciation to Armit. This can also be a
social gathering and meet up with your friends and family.
