Has anyone tried taking DECT 6.0 phones to Nepal from US; if yes does it work there correctly? Obviously we will need a step-down adaptor for 220V to 110V conversion.

DECT has become almost a defacto standard for cordless phone in Europe as well as Asia, however the frequency they use over there is little different than DECT 6.0 North American standard, so was wondering if to take home a DECT 6.0 Cordless phone from US or not?

Please share your experience...thanks :)
